Jasper started law school in 2012 and received his Master of Law with honours from the University of Ghent in 2017. That same year, he joined the firm.

In 2020, he graduated with honours from KU Leuven’s Second Master’s course in Company Law after combining study with full-time work as a lawyer. That same year he also took receivership training at KU Leuven to brush up on insolvency law.

Jasper Baert specialises in corporate law, law of obligations and contracts, construction law, M&A, insolvency law, criminal insolvency law and corporate criminal law.
Jasper Baert is a member of the business networking organisation BNI in the Dendermonde area.
