Delphine began her law studies at Ghent University in 2014 and graduated with distinction in 2019.
While studying for her masters, she was already focusing on general corporate law, insolvency law, consumer contracts and liability law.
In autumn 2018, she studied for a semester at the law school of the University of Helsinki, where she focused on Nordic law and international commercial contracts, among other subjects.
After a successful summer internship, Delphine joined the Flex Advocaten team in 2019.
During her bar training, she won first place at the Dendermonde Bar Association’s moot court in 2021.
Within the practice she focuses on commercial law, corporate and company law, law of obligations and contracts (sale and purchase, commercial leasing, etc.) and insolvency law, among other areas.
She also regularly represents clients in criminal cases in police court and criminal court.
